SLATS:
Extruded aluminum 6063 Alloy with T5 temper treatment.
Principle Slat: 1 1/2" (38 mm) covering surface with a nominal thickness of 3/8" (10 mm).
Intermediate Slat: 7/16" (11 mm) covering surface with a nominal thickness of 7mm.
Vented or non-vented. Total covering surface 1 3/4" (45 mm).

GUIDE RAILS:
Extruded aluminum 6063 Alloy with T5 temper treatment.
Single hollow extrusion with 2.72 mm (.107") exterior and 2 mm (.08") interior wall thickness.
Runners shall be rubber crimped at all ends.

HOUSING:
Aluminum Alloy: 3005 with T14 Temper Treatment
Wall: 205 mm (8") / .040 thickness
Coating First Side: 20-25 Microns Polyester Paint
Coating Second Side: 4-5 Microns Primer

Example 1: A 30" single span shutter will withstand windloads of up to 230 lbs. per square foot.
Example 1: A 72" double span shutter will withstand windloads of up to 230 lbs. per square foot.
Example 1: A 124" triple span shutter will withstand windloads of up to 230 lbs. per square foot.
